Welcome to this dedicated project website for the proposed redevelopment of Jubilee House, Stratford.

Spiritbond Limited and Schroders are bringing forward proposals for the redevelopment of Jubilee House to  provide a new home for the London Academy of Excellence and much-needed student accommodation – along with high-quality outdoors spaces and routes for walking and cycling through the site.

In July, we held our initial phase of public consultation on the plans for the redevelopment of Jubilee House. This was followed by the ‘Consultation Update’ that took place in September, which outlined how the proposals had evolved in response to public feedback, as well as detailing the designs that would be submitted to the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) as part of the planning application.

Application Update

We are pleased to share that the application has now been submitted to the LLDC. This has followed productive conversations with local residents and groups, and we would like to thank those who provided their feedback for their contribution to date.

The reference number for the application is 21/00483FUL, and you can view the application page by searching the reference on the planning portal. Once you’ve viewed the documents, there is an option to share your feedback via comments on the portal.

More details about the scheme, the planning process and previous consultation are available on this website. If you have any further comments or queries, please don’t hesitate to contact the team by using the contact details on the ‘Contact Us’ page.
