Our plans for Jubilee House represent the first phase of an emerging masterplan for Stratford Assembly, a new Youth and Education Campus in the heart of Stratford.

The proposed scheme includes:

A new and enlarged state of the art home for the London Academy of Excellence, which will allow them to expand (480 up to 750)

Much-needed student accomodation, in line with identified local demand

Significantly improved greening, public realm and connectivity in central Stratford, including providing access for the potential replacement Jupp Road Bridge

Architecture with the highest standards of design and sustainability
